The number of teachers is 20, including the director of the center from education, all of whom specialize in teaching in Braille and teaching the blind, in addition to 24 teachers from social and labor affairs, as well as (10) teachers affiliated with the Al-Aman Association for Care and Rehabilitation of the Blind, and (9) volunteer teachers.

The center includes (50) workers contracted with the Disabled Persons Fund, including drivers, cooks, cleaners, and administrators, and (7) contractors with the center.
