Al-Noor Center for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Blind in Amanat Al-Asimah Governmental facility affiliated with the Ministry of Social Affairs and affiliated to the Ministry of Education Educational Established by Ministerial Decree in 1967 AD and many of the blind graduated from the Center
